Ever heard of Wolff’s Law?

Ever heard of Wolff’s Law? 

Wolff’s law was developed by the German anatomist and surgeon Julius Wolff in the 19th century and states that bone in a healthy animal will adapt to the loads under which it is placed.
 

Said another way, if loading on a particular bone increases, the bone will remodel itself over time to become stronger to resist that sort of loading.

This is why it is so vital to lift weights throughout the lifetime.

Bone density decreases as we age, however, lifting can counteract that!
