Back in 2016, I was feeling restless…

I was happy in my work, but something was off.

I knew I loved helping people, and I knew the people I worked with were seeing results.

Still, the feeling persisted…

So after some failed attempts to figure out what was up, I finally really leaned into that emotion of restlessness to figure out where it was coming from.

And what I realized was this…

It has always been my goal to help as many people as possible achieve their full potential…

But the reality was that as an individual therapist, I was largely working with the same group of clients reaching only one person one hour at a time. And the fact is, this just wasn’t a very efficient was to spread a message. Nor was it in line with my greater calling “to reach as many people as possible.”  So in March of that year, I knew what I needed to do.

I needed to write a book.
For me, there’s no better way to reach a mass amount or people than through a book.

In my view, books are incredible. They give you inside access into mind of another for $25 or less. But not only is it inside access, it’s deep. It’s intimate. It’s vulnerable. And in today’s society, listening to an audible book makes learning from someone else more accessible than ever!

So it took me three and a half years, but I wrote the book. And now, five years after that even, in the upcoming months, it will be available on audible for $15 for all to read.

For me, therapy shouldn’t just be for the privileged few with great insurance or financial means. It should be accessible to everyone. And by making an audible book accessible for $15, I’ll be achieving two goals at once.
1. Helping as many people as possible

2. Making that help accessible to all

I am truly blessed to do a job that feels more like a calling than work.

I sincerely hope that the message of Mental Fitness can reach as many people as possible find greater happiness, master their thinking, and fulfill their potential!
