When something goes wrong… Honestly, I try really hard to ignore it. It is my natural reaction to say, “thank you world.” Even the worst events have a way of teaching and bettering me. I find myself building the problem up worse in my head. I tend to fear the worst. It is easy for me to think, “this type of stuff always happens. Things can never just be easy.” It Looks Like You Could Use Some Improvement In This Area You Are Crushing It In This Area 2 / 10 Stress as defined by me… Stress is something that negatively affects my physical, mental, and emotional health. Just because I can’t do it now does not mean I will never be able to do it. To be honest, I don’t even like trying new things. The fear of failure is something that does keep me back sometimes. Typically, I start to think, if I am struggling this bad, that probably means I am not cut out for this. I sometimes accidentally make it about me when I am only trying to relate to their story. My tendency is to look for a solution and do my best to fix my partner’s problem. Not that I don’t care, I just have my own stuff going on too. A lot of the time I do not know exactly what path I am on. I really feel like a bystander in my own life sometimes. I go through the motions, but I don’t have much as intention or direction behind my action. I would love to know my values and purpose better. If someone were to ask me what the most important values are to me, I would have some idea, but wouldn’t exactly know how to answer. I feel extremely confident in who I am.
